This fillies sire, Top Gear, was the outstanding Reserve Champion of the 2014 Oldenburg licensing. His sire Totilas has revolutionized the dressage sport over the last few years. He became double European Champion in Windsor in 2009, won three Gold Medals at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington in 2010 and set several world records. The dam Dosalla is a daughter of the Hanoverian licensing champion Don Frederico, who participated in the finals of the German national championships and has won numerous advanced level/S level dressage competitions. He was honoured as "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year". The grand dam Saniza produced two licensed sons. Great-grand-sire Sandro Hit, World Champion and German champion, had made a name for himself as a dressage foundation stallion very quickly. He has sired 185 licensed sons. 264 of his daughters were awarded state premium, such as the 2006 Oldenburg champion mare, regional and German national champion Silberaster

The dam sire is BWBS Champion Stallion Rosenburg. He is by Rohdiamant (Rubinstein) who was the champion dressage horse of his generation with a dressage index of 150. The mare line Kalinka is very famous; she has produced a top priced auction horse in Germany, with many Champion mares in her family, she is by Ramino (Ramiro) who was Champion stallion at his performance test and went on to compete Internationally in Show Jumping.

Rosewould is out of a part Hanoverian mare Obia, who is by the International Grade 'A' Hanoverian stallion Odysseus. He won the Puissance at his Stallion grading in Denmark at 6'6" and was reserve Champion the following year. Obia is the dam of Furst in Line and Furst Insperation by the Griffins stallion Furst Way and also produced Furst Impression by Furst Heinrich. In 2016 Furst Impression won the Albion Medium Restricted at the British Dressage Winter Championship with Jamie Broom.
