Rosenburgs dam sire is Ramino (Ramiro) who was Champion stallion at his performance test and went on to compete Internationally in Show Jumping winning team gold in the European Junior Championships in 1987 and was the Italian Show Jumping Champion no less than 5 times.

Rosewould is out of a part bred Hanoverian mare Obia, who is by the International Grade 'A' Hanoverian stallion Odysseus.
